No to Trump Twitter blocking

Columbia University’s Knight First Amendment Institute has filed suit against U.S. President Donald Trump on behalf of a group of Twitter users he has blocked. The plaintiff are celebrating a recent ruling against a politician in a Virginia court that determined elected officials blocking people on social media amounted to “the suppression of critical commentary regarding elected officials.” Fenwick McKelvey’s research on social media policy and politics, digital media activism and political communication, can help shed light on the issues raised in the case against Trump.
