May 1st to 7th is Mental Health Week, which is a week to encourage people to talk and think about mental health. Adam Radomsky, professor in the Department of Psychology, is an expert on obessive compulsive disorder, anxiety and cognitive behavioural therapy. Radomsky says, "mental health problems are both common and treatable. Although they can cause terrible suffering, reaching out for help can lead to immense relief and in many cases, lasting recovery."
