World Cancer Day
February 4 is World Cancer Day, which is a day for people to work together to reduce the global burden of cancer. Concordia researchers found the next important weapon in the fight against cancer. Vladimir Titorenko, professor in the Department of Biology in the Faculty of Arts and Science, can talk about how lithocholic acid is particularly effective at killing cancer cells.
