Spring floods in Montreal - damage done & lessons learned

5,300 homes were damaged by severe flooding in southern Quebec last spring. Today, municipal, provincial and federal officials, as well as people impacted by the flood are meeting in Quebec City to discuss lessons learned. They’ll also devise a plan to ensure a similar disaster never happens again. Pascale Biron is available to share her expertise in river dynamics, climate change, and flooding.
