Concordia faculty and researchers are regularly asked to offer expert, informed opinions on many of today's most pressing problems. Read some of the latest news items about Concordians:

  • Guy Lachapelle, political science professor in the Faculty of Arts and Science, writes an opinion piece in Le Devoir to mark the 30th anniversary of the death of former premier René Lévesque, on November 1, 1987. Lachapelle reflects on Lévesque's contribution to the creation of a modern Quebec and what remains to be done to realize Lévesque's dream of an independent Quebec.
