In an interview with NBC’s “Meet the Press” Donald Trump’s senior advisor, Kellyanne Conway, talked about the White House Press Secretary offering “alternative facts” to the actual size of the crowds at the inauguration. In the era of Donald Trump, journalists are having to rethink their roles. Linda Kay, professor in the Department of Journalism in the Faculty of Arts and Science, can talk about the state of U.S. media. Alan Conter, lecturer in the Department of Journalism, can weigh in on media ethics.
