Jeanne-Mance Street has been closed between De La Gauchetière Street to René-Lévesque W. Boulevard after a sinkhole appeared. Adel Hanna, professor in the Department of Building, Civil and Environmental Engineering, can share his expertise on what makes a sinkhole open up and why it keeps happening in the city.
