Ingrid Chadwick named director of the National Bank Initiative in Entrepreneurship and Family Business

She replaces long-time director Alexandra Dawson

Anne-Marie Croteau, dean of the John Molson School of Business has announced that Ingrid Chadwick has been named Director, National Bank Initiative in Entrepreneurship and Family Business.

Chadwick is an associate professor in the Department of Management and an expert in organizational learning, team dynamics, female leadership, the psychology of entrepreneurship, and mindsets and cognitive appraisals.

She replaces Alexandra Dawson, who has been the director of the Initiative since its inception in 2015.

"During her tenure, Alex organized several standout panel discussions around the topics in entrepreneurship and family business," says Croteau. "I would like to thank her for her hard work in ensuring that the Initiative’s momentum continues moving forward."
