Sandra Nichol to head John Molson Executive Centre

New executive director has a wealth of experience in research and higher ed

Sandra Nichol has been appointed Executive Director of the John Molson Executive Centre, announced Stéphane Brutus, interim dean of the John Molson School of Business.

Nichol comes to Concordia with over 17 years of experience in research and higher education. She has held leadership positions at HEC Paris, the Niagara Institute and the Conference Board of Canada. In these roles, Sandra has successfully developed and delivered degree and non-credit programs.

“In her new role as Executive Director of JMEC, Sandra will be responsible for enhancing the Executive Centre's position as one of Canada's best in the field of executive education,” says Brutus. “She will lead the development of external relationships and opportunities and oversee local, national and international expansion, ensuring quality in design and delivery. Please join me in welcoming Sandra and wishing her success in her new position.”

Nichol holds an Executive MBA earned at HEC Paris and a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Saskatchewan.
