Ph.D. student Jing Li wins award at the 11th IEEE International Conference on Services Computing

Ph.D. student Jing Li recently won the "Best Student Paper Award" at the 11th IEEE International Conference on Services Computing that took place June 27th to July 2nd, 2014 in Anchorage, Alaska. Li's paper "Full Solution Indexing Using Database for QoS-aware Web Service Composition" (co-authors: Yuhong Yan & Daniel Lemire) opens a new direction in service composition in that the connections of services are fully indexed into a database and the service composition query can be simplified as a SQL query into the database.
