A CNW/Telbec release announced a 10 am news conference today at Concordia to appeal to the federal government for its support in obtaining an exit visa from Israel for Concordia engineering student Bissan Eid, who remains in Gaza. The scheduled participants included Kimberley Manning, principal of the Simone de Beauvoir Institute, Chedly Belkhodja, principal of and professor in the School of Community and Public Affairs, and Bissan's father, Hadi Eid.
