Canada Standard writes about yesterday's 'Turtle Island Reads' public event in Kahnawake, where some of the works of Indigenous writers were examined. The participants included storyteller Elma Moses, a faculty member who teaches in the First Peoples Studies program. Moses discussed Dawn Dupont's autobiographical novel, Nobody Cries at Bingo.
