Dr. Marc des Jardins will be presenting a paper at the Institute of South and Central Asia, at Charles University, Prague Nov. 17-19, 2017 at the workshop: Mundane Rituals of the South-Eastern belt of the Tibetan Plateau. Dr. des Jardins' paper is titled "Instruction for Protection by Whirling Ma Sang: A Recipe for Controlling Roaming Fiends for One's Benefit".
