Harold Fortin, Communications Director and Spokesperson for the Premier of Québec, 2014-17 Director of International and Canadian Relations for the Premier of Québec, 2017-18. B.Comm. Concordia 2005.

Harold Fortin completed a BCOMM with a major in Marketing from the John Molson School of Business. During his studies at Concordia University, he played a football for the Stingers for a season before getting involved in the Commerce and Administration Student Association. He was the chair of the organizing committee for the first edition of the John Molson Undergraduate Case Competition (formerly known as UNCC). Today, Harold Fortin has nearly 15 years of experience managing complex and varied issues in provincial politics. Between 2004 and 2012, he held various positions in seven ministerial offices of the Government of Quebec: policy advisor, press secretary and assistant chief of staff. In 2012, he joined Philippe Couillard's leadership campaign for the Quebec Liberal Party doing media relations. Following the 2014 general election, he worked at the Office of the Premier of Quebec as the Director of Communications and Spokesperson for the Premier and later as the Director of international relations and Canadian relations for Premier Philippe Couillard.
