On 28 September Dr. James Orbinski was presented with the Loyola Medal, Concordia University’s highest non-academic award. Dr. Orbinski is a long-time humanitarian and human rights activist, and the former International President of Medecins Sans Frontieres, who accepted the 1999 Nobel Peace Prize on behalf of the organization.
Non-Resident Fellow Dr. Mario Silva published a new book, titled Privacy versus Security in the Age of Global Terror (Mosaic Press).
