2.The Constitutional Drafting Assembly (CDA) cannot decide on new capital

- CDA members will meet again in Beida on 20 October
- Disagreement over whether Libya should have 1 or 2 captials
- The CDA’s head, Ali Tarhouni, told The Libya Observer that the final constitutional draft would be ready by 20 October
