Dr. Marleah Blom, a faculty member in Child Studies in the Department of Education, received the Award for Innovative Excellence in Teaching in a Concordia ceremony for the President’s Excellence in Teaching Awards.
Marleah was cited for her enthusiasm and strong motivational skills, as well as her range of pedagogical knowledge and emphasis on the importance of play and creativity both for university students and for children.
