50+ gentle fitness: Fridays at Loyola
January 25, 2019 – April 5, 2019, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Tone muscles, improve strength, cardio and balance, and decrease the risk of falls. This class involves very light to light effort and uses light weights.
There will be no class on March 1. The make-up day is April 5.
The instructor is Pouya Jadidi.
