Prior to assuming her current role, she led the Service Continuity Controls team as an AVP, and was accountable for core IT enterprise processes — change and problem management, asset and configuration management, gating and operability, and operational reporting and metrics.

Ron Schwarz, CFA, has more than 25 years of industry experience. He currently manages his own investments and provides corporate consulting services. From 2009 to 2012, he served as executive director of UBS Global Asset Management Canada where he was responsible for a $650 million Canadian Small Cap Equity fund. Prior to that, he was managing director and head of Canadian Cash Equities at CIBC Capital Markets.
Schwarz sits on various committees, including as director and chair of the Audit Committee of CHC Student housing and on the private board Electric Sky Wine LLC, a joint venture between Interscope Records and Anheiser Busch.
