Negotiation foundations through story and practice - Part II
Negotiation is an art. Although it may be commonly associated with the workplace, in fact, negotiation is applicable in all aspects of daily life such as making a purchase or deciding where to go for dinner with friends.
This 2-part workshop is designed around experiential exercises, concrete actions to move forward and real stories to help you recognize and to build the skills you need to negotiate in a professional manner.
The first workshop provides foundational ideas for a win-win negotiation specifically in a new hire, employment setting. The second workshop gives a summary of the win-win approach and provides multiple negotiation exercises of real-life situations. A debrief will follow each negotiation experience.
