Food waste is one of the most pressing issues facing our food system today. It’s been estimated that at least 30% of all food produced in Canada goes to waste. Join us for a lively discussion about concerns and proposed solutions around food waste. This talk is part of the WasteScapes cycling tour/class visiting waste sites throughout Montreal in search of solutions. Class is taught by MJ Thompson and Elizabeth Miller.
