Art Therapy with Florence Brisson-Dyens: Through art and discussion we will explore the theme of relationships; with our friends, families, or in a romantic context.
Guided Imagery and Music: Tap into your personal resources with guided imagery accompanied by music.
Dance/Movement Therapy: Explore self-awareness through dance and different movement elements of flow, weight, time and space.
