Eight sessions - Every Wednesday starting October 4 to November 22, 2017
During these eight weeks you will learn about shyness and ways to overcome it. The goal is to help you to feel more connected to the people in your life, as well as comfortable meeting new people, talking to your teachers, going to parties or finding a job. To know more about the workshop, feel free to make a one-on-one appointment with the facilitator prior to when the workshop begins.
*Registration will be closed after the first session. Participants are encouraged to attend all eight sessions.
