Concordia President Graham Carr invites all alumni to toast Homecoming’s 30th anniversary with a festive Irish Céilí.

Hosted by Irish Language Scholar Gemma Lambe, hear the latest university updates from Concordia President Graham Carr and Michael Kenneally, Principal and Chair, School of Irish Studies.

Join DJ Chris Tan, BFA 11, for an animated Irish dance party featuring performances from students in Concordia’s School of Irish Studies program. Hear Chelsea Lacasse-Gobeille on the penny whistle, Alexis Kelly on the uilleann pipes, and singers Lily MacLean and Esmé Cavanaugh.

International performing Irish dancer Lucas Lawton, BA 17, will also lead a jig and dance with partner Natasha Woytiuk.

Prizes will be awarded for the household with the best decor, the most dynamic dancing family, the individual who demonstrates the best dancing skills, and of course our most spirited dancer.

Get ready for the Céilí!
