Mary Dawson
Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner

In this one-day workshop, Canada’s Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner will discuss the central role that her office plays in ensuring ethical conduct in Canadian governance.

Are today’s public officials less ethical than in the past? What can we do to ensure the highest standard of ethical governance? Do Officers of Parliament such as the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner have sufficient resources and capabilities to enforce an acceptable and ethical standard?

This is a timely workshop and it touches on a critical topic.
