Former Chief Electoral Officer of Canada

 

Having been the Chief Electoral Officer of Canada for nearly 20 years, Jean-Pierre Kingsley has accumulated a wealth of experience and accomplished a great deal.

In his workshop, he synthesizes what his experiences have taught him about the current state of Canadian democracy and what he sees as being necessary electoral and democratic reforms.
