What are screens doing to your brain and body?

Help us find out by taking a survey on screen behaviour

Rapidly expanding mobile technologies such as tablets and smartphones have further increased the time we spent interacting with screens. The impact of screens on our health are likely dependent on age, lifestyle and our mental and physical states. Screen addiction will impact the brain and the body but will it be positive or negative?

To investigate these questions a team of neuroscience researchers lead by Najmeh Khalili-Mahani from Concordia’s PERFORM Centre are looking for participants to complete a survey on screen habits, health and lifestyle.

Participation in this survey will help researchers at PERFORM design more precise studies to examine whether these modern technologies affect our brains in positive or negative ways.

This survey takes between 20-30 minutes to complete and is fully anonymous.
