The Quinze40 mega-mall project
The developers behind a project to build a huge shopping and entertainment complex at the intersection of highway 40 and autoroute 15 have made details of their plan public. The mall will be called the Royalmount mega-mall, but has been unofficially dubbed the Quinze40. The complex would cost $1,7 billion and create about 10,000 jobs but critics are worried about its impact on traffic and existing shopping districts.
