Sale nears for Cirque
On the eve of World Circus Day (April 18), reports have surfaced that a deal is close for the sale of Cirque du Soleil to American and Chinese private equity firms. Circus industry expert, Patrick Leroux, associate professor in both the Department of English and the Département d’études françaises, can talk about the pending sale and various subjects surrounding the business of the big top.
