Cardinal Turcotte in palliative care

Retired Cardinal Jean-Claude Turcotte was admitted into palliative on Tuesday, March 24. Turcotte was the Archbishop of Montreal for 22 years, from 1990 to 2012 and was named cardinal by Pope John Paul II. Paul Allen, associate professor in the Department of Theology, can comment on the life and legacy of Turcotte.
