Over a decade of negotiations over Iran’s nuclear program comes to a head on Tuesday, March 31, the deadline to reach a framework for a deal. The U.S., U.K., France, Russia, China and Germany want to ensure that Iran won’t have the capacity to make nuclear bombs.
