Cyberbullying against Quebec student protestor

On Thursday, March 25th a Quebec City post-secondary CEGEP student, Naomie Trudeau-Tremblay, was hit in the face with part of a tear gas canister during a protest. Following her interaction with the police, she began to be mocked online when a Facebook page titled “Naomie Nutella” made light of her injuries. William Bukowski, professor in the Department of Psychology and Director of the Centre for Research in Human Development (CRDH), can discuss why people are more prone to bullying online, particularly during emotionally charged situations.
