In these small-group roundtable conversations, we invite accomplished alumni to meet with members of the graduating class and share expertise, inspiration and practical knowhow on taking the next steps into the workplace. It's part mentoring, part interview session, all knowledge!

Steve is the Chief Security Officer and Chief of Police (North America) for Canadian National Railway (CN). Prior to this, he was Chief of CN Police for Canada (since 2010).  His responsibilities include leadership and oversight of police, risk mitigation, corporate security and business continuity/incident management. Prior to joining CN, Steve served over 27 years in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. He served in many locations including overseas postings in Europe and the Middle East – overseeing the RCMP’s operations in organized crime and anti-terrorist files.
