Workshop description
This two-day workshop explores the territorial politics of social policy in an historical and comparative perspective. More specifically, issues such as federalism, sub-state nationalism, and provincial social policy are discussed.
The objective of the workshop is to provide students of social policy with an analytical lens to grasp the impact of territorial identities and institutions on social programs such as Medicare and old-age pensions.
