Laboratory Decommission

PIs are responsible for their laboratory space and must contact EHS prior to leaving a University laboratory. EHS will advise and help with the disposal of unwanted chemicals, along with the safe decommissioning of the laboratory. A Certificate of Equipment Decommissioning must be filled out and a copy is to be sent to the EHS.
