Programs

The Department offers a number of graduate and undergraduate courses each semester, which cover a wide variety of topics and areas of concentration within theology, including biblical studies, history, spirituality, ethics and more.  

Program information

Undergraduate classes are generally open to all students, though pre-requisites may occasionally apply. The small, seminar-style graduate classes are generally intended for students registered in the Master of Arts, Theological Studies program, but graduate students from other departments may also be eligible to register.

The Theological Studies Departmental identity consists of the following key areas:

  • Scholarly Research into the Formation, Reception and Interpretation of the Bible
  • Interdisciplinary Scholarly Research in Ethics, Religion and Sciences, Interreligious Dialogue, as well as Religion and Politics
