Faces of Israel at Expo 67
The symposium took place on May 23 & 24, 2017
The program brought together members of the community with scholars from Canada, Israel and Europe. We will be posting most of the sessions on our website within the next few weeks.

Special Exhibit - 1 of 13 in '67: Memories of a Hostess at the Israel Pavilion from the Archive of Sara Riesman
The official opening was at the symposium and then remained open until July 3rd. Please watch the video to see a portion of the exhibit.
The two Israeli hostesses who spoke at the symposium, Sara Riesman and Kaya Deckelbaum, were interviewed in Concordia University's Thinking Out Loud podcast series. Their podcast was released on June 14, 2017 (episode #7). Enjoy!
Expo 67 in Israel in 2017
The David J. Azrieli Central Archives and Israeli Research Center for Architecture at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art presented an exhibition about the architectural and thematic history of the Israel Pavilion at the Universal and International Exhibition held in Montreal in 1967.
