Faces of Israel at Expo 67
The symposium took place on May 23 & 24, 2017
The program brought together members of the community with scholars from Canada, Israel and Europe. The event was held at the Samuel Bronfman Building (1590 Docteur Penfield), Sir George Williams Campus.

Israel on Display: Expo 67

The David J. Azrieli Central Archives and Israeli Research Center for Architecture at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art presented an exhibition about the architectural and thematic history of the Israel Pavilion at the Universal and International Exhibition held in Montreal in 1967. The exhibition was presented as a PowerPoint presentation at the symposium in this video.
Sara Riesman and Kaya Deckelbaum, the two Israeli hostesses at the Expo 67 Israel Pavilion who spoke at the symposium, were interviewed for Concordia University's Thinking Out Loud podcast series. Their podcast was released on June 14, 2017 as episode #7.
