Dr. Chantal David recently won the 2013 CMS Krieger-Nelson prize at the 2013 CMS Summer Meeting that took place in Halifax, Nova Scotia from June 4-7, 2013. The Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS), (Dalhousie University), and (Saint Mary's University) invited the mathematical community to the 2013 CMS Summer Meeting in Halifax.
