Young alumni: hands-on cooking class - SOLD OUT

Join fellow alumni for a hands-on cooking workshop. Learn how to make a delicious entrée, main course and dessert and then dine on your creation.

The menu includes:

- Two-salmon tartare
- Chicken stuffed with mushroom duxelle and sundried tomatoes
- Rapini salade with garlic and honey
- Chocolate fondant
