This seminar features the latest research findings from the fields of psychology, management and neuroscience. It will to teach you how to develop a grateful mindset and apply it in order to live a better and more enriching lifestyle. You’ll also learn how to spot patterns of possibility, discover how investing in your social portfolio can reap dividends, explore the benefits of a digital diet and discover the power of exercise, and its equivalence to anti depressants.

Gillian Leithman is a corporate trainer specializing in health and wellness seminars and workshops. Gillian has facilitated programs for some of Canada's premiere business and organizations such as Bell Canada, Air Canada, the United Church of Canada, Investors Group, Combined Jewish Appeal, Federal Express and Novartis. Much of her work centres on teaching employees and students soft skills to help them deal effectively with professional and personal life challenges.
Gillian is best known for her pre-retirement seminars, which focus on the psychological and social aspects of retirement planning to ensure a smooth and fulfilling transition. She is currently a PhD candidate at Concordia University as well as a part-time lecturer at Concordia's John Molson School of Business.
