Paul has more than 25 years of experience in human resources management, consulting and coaching in management positions with some of the world's leading firms, including Nortel and Touche Ross (Principal).
He is currently the president of PEOPLE SOLUTIONS INC., which provides executive advisory services related to organizational and individual effectiveness improvement. He's designed and conducted many seminars and workshops for numerous organizations across Canada and is a guest lecturer (graduate level) in Organizational Stress and Leadership at McGill and Concordia universities.
