Join fellow young alumni for an all-levels class where no previous experience is necessary. The style of yoga is hatha flow and focuses on breath, body alignment and basic yoga postures. Participants will be guided through a 60-minute yoga session, moving from meditation through basic warm-ups, workout, cool-down and finally, relaxation. With certified instructor Lily Saheli, the theme is always positivity, enlightenment and self-awareness!
