Back by popular demand, this hands-on cooking workshop offers alumni the opportunity to learn how to make a delicious main course and dessert, to enjoy later in the school’s formal dining room.
Menu:
- Turkey Saltimbocca with cranberries, fresh mozzarella and pancetta; Yukon Gold potato purée with garlic; arugula salad with honey-apple dressing
- Chocolate fondant with white chocolate centre and vanilla English cream
