Think of speed dating with a professional twist.
Concordia graduates from various professional backgrounds in business, engineering and computer science are invited to share personal career-related stories and job tips with current students in a fun and interactive environment.
The event will begin with a 15-minute workshop on the basics of networking given by Joy Gandell, president of SETA, a human resources consulting firm. An informal cocktail reception will follow.

Joy Gandell, MScA, CHRP
SETA Consulting founder Joy Gandell has over 10 years experience as a human resources specialist for various industries. She has proven business expertise dealing with policies and procedures, recruitment, organizational development, professional development and restructuring.
Gandell is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en resources humaines agréés. She's been a guest speaker at HR classes and for a job-search networking group.
She obtained her Bachelor's in psychology from McGill University and her Master's in human resource management from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business.
