Before returning to China, Chen worked as a financial analyst at Hasbro (Canada) Corp. in Montreal. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Concordia University.

Esther was born and raised in Japan but her father is French. Being able to speak French is one of the reasons she chose to study in Montreal. She now works for Thomson Reuters, the news and information company, selling news and market data to clients. She had worked at an art company because she had a passion for arts, yet found she didn't enjoy working in the art market.
