Erin Singer, BA 02

Erin Ashley Singer is a producer and lawyer. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Concordia University as well as a Bachelor in Civil and Common Law from McGill University. Following law school, she worked as an on-air reporter here in Montreal and then completed the Quebec Bar in 2006. She is the recipient of several broadcasting awards and currently works for a television production company, which specializes in non-fiction series, documentaries and docu-dramas.

Maria-Isabelle Noël has over 12 years of international experience in translation, written communications, language teaching and community interpreting. She now works as the Internal Translations and Communications Manager at Birks & Mayors Inc. in Montreal, a position that is the perfect combination of her BA in Print Journalism and her MA in translation.

Mark Ordonselli, BA 04

Mark Ordonselli is the web communications manager in the Public Affairs wing of McGill University.  He works on McGill's web strategy and a wide range of communications projects, with a particular interest in crisis communications and emergency planning. He also volunteers with several local and international organizations, and is thrilled to be lending a hand at the university that gave him his start.

Kristy Rich, BA 01

Kristy Rich completed her degree in broadcast journalism at Concordia in 2001 and is now working as a lineup editor for CBC Montreal television news. She began her career as an anchor and reporter at CJAD Radio in Montreal followed by four years as the Quebec City correspondent for the Astral Radio Network. Kristy enjoys staying in contact with her colleagues from Concordia and fondly remembers her days volunteering at CJLO Radio.

Eric Sabbag, BA 99

After graduation, Eric spent time as a content editor for Gameloft.com's online magazine Beatz4Geekz until he decided to travel. He has worked extensively as a host on cruise ships and as a television actor and English teacher abroad. In 2008, he finally decided to return to Montreal to settle down and start an internet company, which he currently owns and operates.

Cliff Shapiro

Cliff  performs as a disc jockey, show producer and event host. Alongside that, his days are spent working at a non-profit performing arts centre. With the belief in the importance of giving back to the community, Cliff gives his time to many different organizations throughout Montreal.

Kate Shingler, GrDip 01

Before joining IRPP as Communications Director in 2008, Kate Shingler worked at Global News in Quebec City and Montreal. Her work has been published in a variety of newspapers and magazines including The Globe and Mail, The Montreal Gazette, and The New Brunswick Telegraph-Journal. Kate is a graduate of Dalhousie University and Concordia’s graduate diploma program in journalism.

Stephanie Tsirgiotis, BA 07

Stephanie Tsirgiotis is the senior content producer of The Charles Adler show, Canada's only private sector, national talk show. She covered the 2008 U.S. presidential election directly from Washington, D.C. and regularly contributes to the National Post. She recently traveled throughout the Amazon while volunteering with a non-profit health organization in Peru.
