Hingston Hall (HA) is a traditional residence housing 131 students located on the Loyola Campus of the university. Large single, single and double rooms are available with communal single gender washrooms on each floor. Facilities in this residence include common kitchenette lounges equipped with microwave ovens, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker and cable television (on each floor), a television room with piano, a games room, weight room, fully networked study room, and laundry facilities. Hingston Hall (HB) is a newly renovated addition to Hingston Hall. This coed residence will house 118 first-year full-time undergraduate students. Large single and single rooms are available with communal gender designated washrooms on each floor. Facilities on this side of Hingston Hall include common kitchenette lounges equipped with microwave ovens, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker and cable television (on each floor), a games room, and laundry facilities (with iron and ironing board).

Furnishing for each student includes a single bed, double bed in large single rooms (including the mattress), dresser, mini fridge, desk, chair, and armoire. A ceiling fan is provided in each room. Internet and telephone services are provided in all rooms and included in the cost of the rent.
