CU for Change Drawdown Ecochallenge
In honor of the 50th anniversary of Earth Day, join the Concordia-wide challenge to take action on sustainability-- from home!
About the Challenge
It’s a free online platform** that encourages learning and actions based on the 100 most substantive solutions to the climate crisis. The challenges were compiled by Project Drawdown, a broad coalition of researchers, scientists, graduate students, PhDs, postdoctorates, policy-makers, business leaders and activists from across the globe.
How it works
Once you register to join the CU for Change team, you will be able to browse the list of sustainability actions you can take!
The Challenge officially begins on May 1 and will last a month. During that time, you can:
- Record your progress on the actions that you have comitted to
- Exchange messages and encouragement with other members of the team
- Track the success of yourself and of our whole team with metrics like avoided emissions, plastics saved from landfill, or number of people reached through awareness initiatives!
Let's make change together!
The Challenge is an easy, approachable way to learn more about sustainability and to take action in the areas that are most meaningful to you.
Together, our team can have an impact!
