Successful therapy helps you by positively changing your thinking, your feelings, your behaviors about what you are dealing with. It also goes beyond your therapist’s office and gets applied into your daily life. Because, let’s face it, at some point, you have to go it on your own. With this in mind, you will walk out of these group sessions with the proven tools, skills and techniques that psychologists use that will help you effectively handle everyday life challenges.

* NB: Registration is closed after the first session.  Participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions.
