Guy Metro Building
Concordia has gradually reclaimed rented spaces in the Guy Métro Building to accommodate Concordia administrative offices and there are currently very few external tenants with long-term leases. The Office of the President and members of the Cabinet took over the eighth floor in 2005; other administrative units have also recently joined long-time residents of the building.
Renovations are currently taking on the 40-year-old building and will include replacing 1960s single-pane windows with energy-saving windows, structural maintenance and repair, and upgrading of the building exterior to harmonize with adjacent and nearby new Concordia buildings.
